All staff members are devoted and dedicated to their job. They are so kind nothing is too difficult or too much trouble. The facility does not lack of any equipment, if the residents need something it will be purchased for them. So far there has been no need for me to complain about anything everything is so organised.

Mum needed to move to high care three months ago and by pure chance we came across Serene. Mum has settled in very well and isn't distressed when we leave her to go home All the family are more than happy with the care mum receives and we have all found the staff are very friendly and caring. There is always a smile for the resident and many laughs are enjoyed by all.

We are extremely lucky in placing my mother Penelope with our first call to Serene. She was made to feel welcomed and cared for from the first moment. Attentiveness is second to none. It is talking to friends and professionals that we found that we had made the correct choice. Everyone speaks so highly of Serene and we agree it is justified. We asked my mother if she is happy or not and her reply was "I am not moving from here, everyone is lovely"

Serene nursing home has a family homely atmosphere with our rights that are recognised and the freedom for residents and family members to come and go as they desire what us residents want we get within reason!

But the ladies and gents are rather keen to be seen at this home,
Across from the park, on the corner of White and Myzantha street down in the town of Lockleys
No, you can't buy it at Kmart, and just check the chart before you start to try and outsmart the folks in any part of this home.
Here the residents are tickled pink all day to stay until the dawn turns a Serene home of blue.
Never been to Serene said the teen the keen resident, president leaning on the post playing host (because he's the most).
There will be always a friendly smile to greet you and warm the cockles of your heart, even if you've been apart, this could be a start and if you don't know what this means, go ask the good folk who reside inside this abode.
They'll take a load off your mind because they're one of a kind.
You will find they they're quite a team right up on the team from Hector and Serene to Phyllis and Julie, Caroline and Tim, Freda and Leanne, Mopsy and Caryn, Marie and
Aaron, Milka and Michael, Dana, Rose and Wendy. These are only part of the team."
